1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

1.1 Standard Shipping:

  • Available for all domestic orders.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.

1.2 Expedited Shipping::

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days.
  •  Additional shipping charges apply.
  • Available for select locations only.

1.3 Same-Day Delivery:

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM local time.
  • Additional charges apply and service availability is limited to specific regions.

1.4 International Shipping:

Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 1.5 Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and tags intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to the same card.

2.2 Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

2.3 Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
  • Items returned in a damaged or used condition.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

2.4 Refund Notification:

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

3. Replacements and Exchanges

3.1 Replacement Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the product you received is not what you ordered, you can request a replacement at no additional cost. Go to the “My Orders” section and select “Return or Replace Items” to initiate a replacement request.

3.2 Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Cancellations and Order Modifications

4.1 Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, go to “My Orders” and select “Cancel Order.”

4.2 Order Modifications:

If you need to modify your order details, such as the shipping address or item quantity, please contact our Customer Support team immediately after placing your order. Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.

5. Gift Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returning a Gift:

If you received a gift from Beeyond Stationery and would like to return it, you can do so by contacting our Customer Support team with the order details. Gift returns will be refunded as store credit or a gift card.

5.2 Gift Refunds:

Refunds for gift returns will not be issued to the original payment method. Instead, a gift card or store credit will be provided to the recipient of the gift.
