Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel an order, go to the “My Orders” section of your account and select the order you wish to cancel.

B. What if I need to cancel a customized or personalized order?

Customized and personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If you need assistance, contact our Customer Support team immediately after placing your order.

C. How will I know if my cancellation request was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our Customer Support team.

2. Refunds for Canceled Orders

A. When will I receive a refund for my canceled order?

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

B. How will I be refunded if I paid using a credit/debit card?

If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

C. What if I used a promotional code or discount for my order?

If you cancel an order that used a promotional code or discount, the code or discount will not be reissued. The refunded amount will be the actual amount paid after applying the promotion.

A. Can I change the shipping address or item details in my order?

Once an order has been placed, additional items cannot be added. You will need to place a new order for any additional items you wish to purchase.

B. What should I do if I still receive a canceled order?

If you receive an order that you canceled, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be returned, and you will be refunded as per our Return Policy.
